Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Continue to serve and grow your existing client base with the support of our team’s infrastructure.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by understanding clients’ evolving needs and providing comprehensive financial solutions.
    • Offer guidance on wealth accumulation, preservation, and distribution strategies, including investments, retirement, estate planning, and risk management.
  • Financial Planning and Strategy:
    • Develop and implement holistic financial plans tailored to your clients’ goals.
    • Utilize firm-provided financial planning software and resources to create detailed projections and recommendations.
    • Conduct regular reviews and make adjustments to keep plans aligned with clients’ objectives.
  • Business Development and Growth:
    • Identify and cultivate new client opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
    • Expand your practice with the backing of a trusted firm, offering support for outreach initiatives and events.
    • Collaborate with fellow advisors to share insights and best practices.
  • Compliance and Integrity:
    • Ensure all financial strategies and recommendations comply with industry regulations and best practices.
    • Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Licensing and Certifications:
    • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses required.
    • Life and Health Insurance license required.
    • CFP®, ChFC®, or similar designation is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience as a financial advisor with a proven book of business.
    • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Strong financial planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and client success.
