Carrie Weyers

She joined her husband, Jay Weyers, in his financial practice in 2000 as his Executive Assistant and has become an instrumental member of the Operations Team.

Carrie was raised in Rochester, Minnesota, and graduated in 1982 with a BA in Biology from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. Carrie and Jay have lived in every "I" state but Indiana. She worked as a media buyer in Boise, Idaho, and as a science lab coordinator at a community college in Iowa. When their family moved to the Chicago area, Carrie went back to school where she earned an AA in Culinary Arts. Feeding souls and mouths to those she loves continue to be her passion.

Carrie is a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) in McHenry County. She helps children in the foster care system by being their voice in court and eyes and ears for the judge.

Jay and Carrie have been married for more than 40 years. They have two adult children who have wonderful spouses and she loves two perfect grandchildren. Jay and Carrie are active members of Light of Christ Church in Algonquin, Illinois.
