Kasey joined WMFP in 2013 to provide much needed administrative support, working evenings to help the team keep up with the requirements of the growing business.
She was born and raised in Melvin, Michigan, a small rural town of less than 150 people. Kasey graduated from Eastern Michigan University with Bachelor's Degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology. In 2004, Kasey moved to Chicago and attended the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where she earned her Master's Degree in Forensic Psychology, while interning with the US Federal Probation Office. Kasey also currently works as a paralegal/office manager for a law firm specializing in product liability defense for manufacturers of roller coasters and water slides.
Kasey and her husband Michael have an adult daughter, Joann, an adult son, Josh, and two grandchildren. Kasey is active as a McHenry County Sheriff Volunteer and an Instructor with the US Navy Sea Cadet program. Since Josh recently enlisted in the US Navy, Kasey is a newly empty nester, and other than working, she loves cuddling with her two American Staffordshire Terrier puppies, Remington and Ruger, while watching football or NASCAR.
